Through 24 pin tech I have learned how to communicate with customers and handle customer concerns. I understand what it is like to be in an I.T. repair business. I have down repairs of phones and computers. I have replaced screens, charging ports and battery's for phones, and I have troubleshooted multiple computers and laptops. I also learned how to image a computer and add it to the domain.<br /> <br /> I am here for for the third year to learn more about the class and the subject. I also want to finish my Linux certification and get an additional 2 certifications. I took this class because I want to major in computer science and have a job that relates to IT.</div>
