Overview
The 24pintech Tiktok page has the highest following count as of October 2022, however with this large amount of followers the platform has the lowest performing posts consistently. With the constantly algorithm and unpredictable trends it is hard to place when to post to get the peak of audience engagement. The following is more strangers to 24PinTech than those who are familiar with our company, which makes it even more important that the content posted is not only fun and down with the times but allows an insight into technology to be shown. While Tiktok is a more saturated platform in terms of users going to MHS, it is harder for people to access our profile and in terms harder to access at school to film videos. If needed, load up the sound you are going to use in the video outside the buildings and then go back inside to film and edit.
Front Page
Visitor View
The visitor view of the TikTok page is similar to the admin view, on both the PC interface and Mobile interface. The TikTok's displayed depend on the size of the screen accessing the page, meaning that it is a good rule of thumb that all users will at least see the last 4 videos put up onto the TikTok page. With TikTok it is also important that the previews on TikTok, short clips of videos that play when the mouse is hovered over the video on desktop or on loop on mobile, showcase something engaging to draw the attention of the passerby.
Admin View
The administrators view of the TikTok page is very similar to the visitor view on both the mobile interface and the PC interface, with the only difference being the amount of settlings available to the user in relation to editing the account. There is also a small button on the front of the page that states "Edit Profile" to show that you are logged in as a an admin compared to a visitor, along with any drafts that may be saved to the account appearing before any other posts in a shaded section stating "Drafts"

PC Admin
The logged in admin view of TikTok is generally the same of the view when you are not logged in. The view is a lot more spread out however it allows for different functions to be navigated to more easily
Essential Functions
Upload
Although it isn't as practical to upload TikToks directly from a PC interface, the option is available and can be used to save drafts to the account to then be accessed from a mobile interface. When uploading content, it is important to note the size and length of the content you are uploading, TikTok may compress the quality of videos you upload and the final product that you put together can end up clunky and not visually appealing. Depending on the type and length of the video you want to upload, its good to double check on the TikTok official website for any common questions others may have had about the same process you are trying to attempt.

Home
The home button is pretty self explanatory, as it allows you to navigate home whenever or wherever you are on TikTok. It is important to note that the home button will not bring you back to your profile and instead brings you to the For You page for the account.

Inbox
Profile dropdown
The profile dropdown menu allows for the

Overview
The 24PinTech Instagram account is one of the more popular of the 4 social media accounts as it keeps a consistent active following and interaction trend compared to the high following of the TikTok account with little to no engagement on the posted videos. While the following is mostly made up of past or current 24PinTech students the rest of the following population is made up of students interested in giveaways or seeing their friends in 24PinTech posted onto the account. The Instagram account is one of the most easily accessible by students meaning that whatever is posted onto this account will be able to spread around faster, meaning you have to be mindful of any comments, story posts, and videos you will post onto the account.

Front Page
The front page of Instagram is very plain, in my opinion, but centered around the account you are currently logged into. Depending on the account you are logged in though you will be greeted with two different views, which appearance wise are very similar with minute differences depending on the device you are logged in on. To better understand which views you can go through, look at the top right or bottom right corner to see which account you are logged in on before attempting to edit or post to the 24Pin.tech account.

Visitor View
The first thing that visitors to the Instagram account see is our story, story highlights, and our pinned post. While the amount of other posts that are able to be viewed depends entirely on the device that they are on the aforementioned aspects of the page and the most recent 5 posts are most likely going to always be front and center. It is important to also note what posts you have pinned to the page, as no matter what device they are viewing Instagram on those posts will always be front and center. Other than those specific posts, the account will appear the same as the admin view, albeit without the three most telling buttons to say you are logged into that account

Admin View
The front page view of the Instagram page when logged in is essentially the same view you see not logged in or logged in on a different account. Most of the general settings and post options are placed into different menus or side bars to keep the general view of the page consistent with what you see as a visitor.

Side Bar Contents
The location of this side bar changes depending if you are going onto Instagram on your PC or on your phone; on your PC this bar will be at the top of your screen with all of the icons in a row leading to your account button but on mobile platforms the buttons are spread out between two bars at the top and bottom of the screen.

Home Button
The home button on both platforms looks like a little house, on PC this will be at the top of your screen and on mobile it will be located on the bottom left corner of your screen. The function is pretty self explanatory, as clicking it will take you back to the 24PinTech homepage which displays posts and stories from every account that we follow.

Messages Button
The message button leads to the chats that are open with the 24PinTech page. This includes any
Post Button
This means that the information on this site is tailored towards the free version and any features it may have in the future.
General
To access and modify the Shield Security plugin you will need to first navigate to the Shield Security menu, which can be found on the sidebar menu under the name "Shield Security." Clicking on the base menu option will bring you to the overview page or security dashboard as the submenu describes it. From this page you will be able to view the general letter grades that the plugin grants for general security concerns ranging from A+, which is the best score, to F, which is the worst. To get a quick overview on what to improve on to boost the letter grade, click on the Analysis button and a sidebar menu will open with details on how many points have been granted and what can be improved upon.

Reinstallation
In the case you ever have to reinstall Shield Security, the process is very simple and can be done in 3 steps. Before removing any plugin on WordPress you must deactivate it first. You will be able to find the option to deactivate the plugin on the Plugins menu under or beside the name of the plugin After deactivating the plugin you will now be able to delete the plugin. To delete the plugin, click on the delete button. If there are any prompts asking why you're deleting the plugin just click through them, it won't affect anything in the deletion process To add the plugin to the site, navigate to the Add New sub menu under the plugins. Make sure that you are in the add new menu before searching for the plugin, as the search menu in the base Plugin menu will only search through the installed plugins.
The IP rules page holds a table of all offending IP addresses that try to breach our websites. The table holds their IP address, their status in concern to ability to connect to the site, the offence they committed, their last seen activity on the site, and the date of the offense.
Scans
The scans page holds an archive of the results of a recent scan done. The results of each scan are nestled under item specific tables according to where the scan took place and what it did or didn't find; with these tables being WordPress, Plugins, Themes, and Malware ( File locker is included in this list as well, however, it is a premium feature meaning that there is nothing we can utilize it for ).

Config
The config menu compiles all of the specifics on each rule to be defined organized by different degrees of security benchmarks. Each category covers a specific aspect of the site, with the different categories come specific rules within their own subcategories, all spanning over the site going over different levels of website security.

IP Rules
The IP rules page holds a table of all offending IP addresses that try to breach our websites. The table holds their IP address, their status in concern to ability to connect to the site, the offence they committed, their last seen activity on the site, and the date of the offense.

Scans
The scans page holds an archive of the results of a recent scan done. The results of each scan are nestled under item specific tables according to where the scan took place and what it did or didn't find; with these tables being WordPress, Plugins, Themes, and Malware ( File locker is included in this list as well, however, it is a premium feature meaning that there is nothing we can utilize it for ).
To log in and view the Meta Business Suite you have to use the Facebook account login and not the Instagram account login, if you try to use the Instagram login it will not work. The Facebook login can be found in the secret sauce. Be mindful that when you are posting or viewing posts through the Meta Business Suite, you have the power to also post and edit the Facebook page; you can use the tab at the top left corner of the screen to keep track of what account the Meta Business suite is pulling information from.

While Meta Business suite is more commonly used for managing advertisements and paying for ad reach on the Meta platforms; we use the platform to better visualize our reach, audience engagement, post popularity, and our projected potential for the Meta accounts. Seeing as our Facebook account is still a work in progress as of 1/31/2023, the platform is majorly focused towards our Instagram statistics. There are two major components to the general setup of Meta Business Suite, the navigation side bar and the content side bar. The content side bar changes with the different navigation pages you will click on

Insights Navigational Side Bar
The insights navigational sidebar, depending on the size of your display, has the options shown with either icons or the phrases along with the icons. No matter what the size of the display is, the icons are organized within a general collective tab, a content tab, and a messaging tab.

Overview
Maricopa High School Staff Portal, or mhsstaff.24pin.tech, is the second biggest website 24pintech manages. Home to information related to every department within Maricopa High School, it is important that this site is the most updated and secure of all of our sites because of the fact that the information is highly confidential.

General
As mentioned before, the MHS Staff site houses information based solely for the staff and faculty of MHS, meaning that there isn't much public facing pages to document. As of 2.9.2023 the only public facing pages are the home page with links to the separate departments and the login page. It is important to note that although there are very few public facing pages the content on these pages must be the most combed over, as any sort of way to get into the more important documentation and pages is a high risk to the security of MHS staff. This need for security also extends towards maintaining the back end processes, each and every plugin and function to be as up to date as possible meaning that you should try and check every day for any available updates.

Department Specific Pages
The majority of the content on the MHS Staff site are designated to the department specific pages and their event content, all of which is behind a content restriction. The departments that have pages on the MHS Staff site are the CTE, Electives, Math, History, Science, and English but as of 2.10.2023 the only active page is the CTE page. When it comes to adding content on these department specific pages, you would want to consult leaders of said department instead of Mr. Chamberlain. For example, when it comes to content on the CTE page, you can consult teachers of programs that have been around for a long time such as Mrs. Russ or Mrs. Pour for guidance on what they believe teachers should know. Remember, it is important to know that when you are consulting these teachers, you have to specify that the information you are seeking from them is information for teacher's eyes only as not specifying this before hand can lead to a lack of important information being given to you.

CTE Page
The CTE page has content geared toward the programs/classes within the CTE program and the competitions they compete in. The content on this page and the subpages within it are meant to be informational and offer guidance to new and older teachers, meaning that you should keep page accessibility in mind whenever you are editing this page. The majority of the content within the CTE page is geared towards SkillsUSA, DECA, FBLA, EdRising, and field trip information because of the nature of their competitors bring students out of the classroom for multiple days on end.

SkillsUSA Page
A majority of the information from the SkillsUSA page can be sourced directly from the SkillsUSA AZ site ( double check to make sure that the site you are using isn't a SkillsUSA page for any other state, usually you can check the url or the header to confirm that you are in the right state). If you need to, you can also consult other teachers who take their students to SkillsUSA for extra information but you only need three essential pieces of information on this site at all times; the date of the state competition, the deadline to register students for competitions, and information regarding how to register students for competitions.

Plugins
Content Control
The content control plugin is used to moderate what content the public, base users, and higher permission editors on the site can view. Similar to a lot of other plugins with more elevated permissions within WordPress sites, the Content Control plugin has a separate menu to access its features which can be found through the Settings > Content Control path found on the side bar of the WordPress Admin view.

Overview
The menu for Content Control is very bare, but easy to navigate given the process of adding restrictions based on page, post, or category of a post. If you want to change the denial of access menu you would click on the general tab near the top of the page and change the message through the prompt that pops up.

Here you will find a table of the existing restrictions existing on the website. As of 2.2.2023 there are only two restrictions in place, which restrict content based on what teachers should be able to see (Teachers View) and what only Administration can see (Admin View). If you want to make a page visible to the public, you would edit the Teachers View restriction, as the Admin View restriction whitelists users for content based on the elevation of their accounts and not if they are just signed in.

Adding a Restriction
To add a restriction to a page, make sure that before anything happens you have the page created and published. Having the page published makes the process of restriction a little easier to implement.

# Based on the type of content you want hidden from the public, you will either add the page to the Teachers View restriction or the Admin View restriction. Click on the restrictions to see the existing restrictions and add more by navigating to the content tab.
# Because the restrictions already exist, every page should already fall under the Is:( A Selected Page ) condition, though double check that the page you are adding also falls under that same condition, click on the box under the title of the condition and search for the name of your page.

Content Control
The content control plugin is used to moderate what content the public, base users, and higher permission editors on the site can view. Similar to a lot of other plugins with more elevated permissions within WordPress sites, the Content Control plugin has a separate menu to access its features which can be found through the Settings > Content Control path.

Post Button
Explore Button

It is important to also note what posts you have pinned to the page, as no matter what device they are viewing Instagram on those posts will always be front and center

Post Button
Explore Button
Overview
Maricopa High School Staff Portal, or mhsstaff.24pin.tech, is the second biggest website 24pintech manages. Home to information related to every department within Maricopa High School, it is important that this site is the most updated and secure of all of our sites.

Department Specific Pages
The majority of the content on the MHS Staff site are designated to the department specific pages and their event content, all of which is behind a content restriction. The departments that have pages on the MHS Staff site are the CTE, Electives, Math, History, Science, and English but as of 2.10.2023 the only active page is the CTE page

Plugins
Content Control
The content control plugin is used to moderate what content the public, base users, and higher permission editors on the site can view. Similar to a lot of other plugins with more elevated permissions within WordPress sites, the Content Control plugin has a separate menu to access its features which can be found through the Settings > Content Control path.

Introduction
24Pin.Tech is our main landing page for customers and the general public, built using the WordPress block editor and Elementor elements. It is important that this aspect of our public image is kept up to date with the latest information concerning events in 24PinTech such as SkillsUSA, Awards we win, and other honorable mentions of our technicians. Our staff pages and training pages are also housed on the site under a password protected form, any information that is fed down through the manager of the techs must be put onto their respective pages.

Logging In
To log into 24Pin.Tech you have to use a custom url instead of the default /wp-admin redirect with WordPress. This custom URL is located on the secret sauce.

Home Page
The home page consists of four major sections

* Service/HESK section and the Social Media sub section
*Group Forms Pages
* Hall of Fame and
* Technician/Training section

Service/HESK Section
This section is the first section you are greeted with when you first navigate to 24pin.tech, there isn't much to be managed about this section except for the " Submit a Service Request " button. It is important to remove the button and replace it with a countdown or message indicating when we are closed so customers don't put in work tickets while we cannot work on devices. If there is any event or inconvenience that customers need to know about it would be fitting to have an alert in this section.

Social Section
The social section is everything between the Hall of Fame block all the way down to the testimonials section. The information and news here is strictly for the customers and geared toward customers to interact with and lead to further engagement off the site, whether it be through more trust in our repairs or follows on our Instagram or TikTok. A good majority of this section goes mainly untouched as the social media aspect manages itself through the Smash Balloon Instagram Feed plugin and the information about us such as "Who Are We?" section and our repair statistics stay consistent throughout the years. However, keeping the testimonials fresh with feedback from customers gives off a sense of general popularity and known trust sources can advocate for us through their students, be consistent with any significant comments we may receive as a business and keep the testimonial section updated.

Smash Balloon Instagram Feed
The plugin we use to display and keep our Instagram feed updated as we post is called Smash Balloon Instagram Feed, or as it will appear in the WordPress dashboard Instagram Feed. The way the plugin works is through adding a html embed code generated through the plugin to a regular WordPress block to display your feed as you set it to be in the plugin menu.
Through the menu it is easy to see the general overview of the feeds that you have generated onto the site, how many times they are displayed onto your site, and what the name of the feeds are; for example our Instagram feed name is our handle 24Pin.Tech. If you ever need to reapply a feed to the site you can copy the embed code from the Shortcode section to your clipboard and copy it to the Wordpress block of your choice; adding copies of the feed to the site adds more places to the Instances section where you can view where these feeds are displayed from the admin menu. If you need to quickly edit, duplicate, or delete the feed you can use the 3 buttons under the Actions tab or click the name of the feed to instead go to a more detailed overview of how the feed appears through the embed.
Adding a feed
To add another feed to be used on the site you have to navigate to the Add New section on the admin menu, located next to the All fields title in orange. The process to add another feed is easy and can be boiled down to 3 easy steps that the plugin walks you through

# Select a source If you already have a source that you want to pull from again in a different style it will appear on the page for you to create a new feed through, if not select Add New
# Select Account Type The 24Pin.Tech Instagram is displayed through the Personal type, however the only difference between Personal and Business is a slight ease of access when it comes to displaying headers and bios automatically when selecting Business, which you can easily do manually on the Personal selection
# Log In The plugin should walk you through the rest of the steps to ensure everything is connected, through Instagram and on the plugin's side as well.

Editing an existing Feed
When it comes to editing a feed you can either click on the name of the feed or the edit button in the Actions tab aligning with the feed you would like to edit

Group Pages
The group pages are the individual pages assigned to the teams that exist within 24PinTech; the systems, cybersecurity/networking, and technician teams. Each page has information tailored to what documentation, procedures, and team information the managers of each respective team wants their team members to be able to view. When editing these pages, be aware that each page follows a preset theme;

Systems Team - Cyberpunk

Cybersecurity / Networking - The Matrix

Technicians - Minecraft

These themes can be changed at the unanimous request of the entire team, but be mindful of the color schemes of said themes when adding or taking out information on their pages.

Technicians Page
The techs page is the most important to have up to date with their information, as the technician role in 24PinTech is one of the more populated roles. The information for the technicians is more procedure based than documentation based, meaning that there can be some wiggle room between adding links to external documents ( make sure that the links shared can be viewed by both an account on the MUSD.20 domain and an account outside of the MUSD.20 domain ) and pasting the entirety of the documentation in a intractable block. For more clear cut and short step procedures, such as general questions / procedures for smaller processes ( ie. where to file documentation, where to find your documentation ) err towards pasting the documentation entirely on the website itself instead of linking the original document or if needed have a button to the collection of documentation if it all contains information on the same subject.

Cybersecurity / Networking Page
The cybersecurity / networking page is one of the smaller pages of this group branch, only slightly above the systems team in terms of content based solely on the site instead of links leading to pages off of the website. Information on this site should have more basic procedures and general information about applications ( such as Wazuh ) near the top of the page so those new to the team could skim through the information first and then proceed to the bigger more complex documents, possibly linked within those short blocks of information or delegated to its own individual division on the page. Be careful when linking information onto the site, as while the cybersecurity pages has access to what they need to access others in different teams should not; ask to make sure that sensitive information ( root passwords, logins, etc. ) is not present in the documents team members send you.

Systems Page
The systems page is very similar to the Cybersecurity / Networking page, as there is so much detailed documentation in the Systems team that a lot of it doesn't translate too well being pasted in full onto their page. Be mindful of not only how you present the smaller blocks of information but also how that will lead into the bigger pages to be linked under them, try to keep different subjects or topics within their own blocks and link documentation according to said blocks. As stated before, one thing you do have to be mindful about information on the systems page is being sure that sensitive information ( root passwords, logins, etc. ) are not directly accessible from this page; everyone in the systems team knows where they should be, others accessing their pages should not.

Hall of Fame
The hall of fame contains information concerning awards that students have won at SkillsUSA state level and national level; listing information about what competition they were in, what place they got, and what medal they won. Any other awards won by students go outside of this page, and can be put under their pictures on the front page or featured in the news slides next to the redirect button.

Adding an entrant
When it comes to adding those who have won metals onto this page, you have to design around the pictures provided. For the years before 2022, those featured on the site had their pictures reused from the headshots taken at the beginning of the year meaning that there wasn't much work to be done in terms of cropping and scaling. However, from 2022 forward there is the possibility that there are going to be multiple pictures both individual and group based depending on the competitions won meaning that the presentation should follow a consistent pattern

Pictures
You want to use a picture with the entrant and their medal alone, without the other competitors that won along with them, so if they choose to continue with or without their teammate their individual accomplishments can be on full display. Make sure that the picture has the person in question is facing forward, with their medal facing outwards and not backwards, and their face is as clear and visible as possible. When cropping the photos you want to try and make the cut just a little below the knee in relation to how much space is above their head. For example, if the person has a lot of space above their head, trim the picture to remove the space above them and remove a little space from the bottom to compensate. The ultimate goal of cropping the pictures is to center the people in the frame while also making sure they don't look taller or shorter than they actually are.

Captions
The captions of the pictures shouldn't be too complicated, some competitions can be shortened down for the sake of space especially when the entrant won multiple awards within that year. When it comes to competitions such as Career Pathway Showcase: Business Management, this can be shortened down to just Career Pathway Showcase. Make sure that when you are shortening the names of competitions that you don't lose the essential parts of the competition.

* Hall of Fame and
* Technician/Training section

Group Pages
The group pages are the individual pages assigned to the teams that exist within 24PinTech; the systems, cybersecurity/networking, and technician teams. Each page has information tailored to what documentation, procedures, and team information the managers of each respective team wants their team members to be able to view. When editing these pages, be aware that each page follows a preset theme;

Systems Team - Cyberpunk

Cybersecurity / Networking - The Matrix

Technicians - Minecraft

These themes can be changed at the unanimous request of the entire team, but be mindful of the color schemes of said themes when adding or taking out information on their pages.

Group Pages
The group pages are the individual pages assigned to the teams that exist within 24PinTech; the systems, cybersecurity/networking, and technician teams. Each page has information tailored to what documentation, procedures, and team information the managers of each respective team wants their team members to be able to view. When editing these pages, be aware that each page follows a preset theme;

* Hall of Fame and
* Technician/Training section

The cybersecurity / networking page is one of the smaller ones, only slightly above the systems team in terms of content based solely on the site instead of links leading to pages off of the website. Information on this site should have more basic procedures and general information about applications ( such as Wazuh ) near the top of the page so those new to the team could skim through the information first and then proceed to the bigger more complex documents, possibly linked within those short blocks of information or delegated to its own individual division on the page.

Home Page
The home page consists of three major sections

* Service/HESK section
* Hall of Fame/Social Media Section and
* Technician/Training section

Group Pages
The group pages are the individual pages assigned to the teams that exist within 24PinTech; the systems, cybersecurity/networking, and technician teams. Each page has information tailored to what documentation, procedures, and team information the managers of each respective team wants their team members to be able to view. When editing these pages, be aware that each page follows a preset theme;

Maricopa High School Staff Portal, or mhsstaff.24pin.tech, is the second biggest website 24pintech manages. Home to information related to every department within Maricopa High School, it is important that this site is the most updated and secure of all of our sites.

General
As mentioned before, the MHS Staff site houses information based solely for the staff and faculty of MHS, meaning that there isn't much public facing pages to document. As of 2.9.2023 the only public facing pages are the home page with links to the separate departments and the login page.

Adding the plugin
To add the plugin to the site, navigate to the Add New sub menu under the plugins. Make sure that you are in the add new menu before searching for the plugin, as the search menu in the base Plugin menu will only search through the installed plugins.
From this page you will be able to view the general letter grades that the plugin grants for general security concerns ranging from A, which is the best score, to F, which is the worst. To get a quick overview on what to improve on to boost the letter grade, click on the Analysis button and a sidebar menu will open with details on how many points have been granted and what can be improved upon.
Similar to a lot of other plugins with more elevated permissions within WordPress sites, the Content Control plugin has a separate menu to access its features which can be found through the Settings > Content Control path.

To protect our website, we use a plugin called Shield Security. The plugin does everything from provide us real time audits, a log of all activity on our pages, forum spam, and more. As of 1.18.2023, we currently use the free version of the plugin.

Reinstallation
In the case you ever have to reinstall Shield Security, the process is very simple and can be done in 3 steps

Deactivate the plugin
Before removing any plugin on WordPress you must deactivate it first. You will be able to find the option to deactivate the plugin on the Plugins menu under or beside the name of the plugin

Delete
After deactivating the plugin you will now be able to delete the plugin. To delete the plugin, click on the delete button. If there are any prompts asking why you're deleting the plugin just click through them, it won't affect anything in the deletion process

Adding the plugin
To add the plugin to the site, navigate to the Add New sub menu under the plugins. Make sure that you are in the add new menu before searching for the plugin, as the search menu in the base Plugin menu will only search through the installed plugins.

General
To access and modify the Shield Security plugin you will need to first navigate to the Shield Security menu, which can be found on the sidebar menu under the name "Shield Security." Clicking on the base menu option will bring you to the overview page or security dashboard as the submenu describes it.
