'''Introduction'''
----
For me 24pintech was a life changing experience, i did not know what i was going to do with my life. Then i signed up for 24pintech and it taught me useful skills that i would need for the future such as, communicate with the customer, how to document and handle a situation, how to do research and find the solution to the problem, how to communicate with your peers and finish a project.

'''My role in 24 pin tech'''
----
For me My role was doing work orders as many as i could so i can stay afloat with the class i used to only do imaging laptops along with Branden Sanders, to try to get out of what i thought were harder work orders. But in the end they came and the more practice i had doing the research and actually analyzing the problem the easier those type of work orders had become. But i never actually communicated with the customer and just allowed them to guess when their work order was done. After chamberlain talked to me i was trying harder to communicate with the customer and have them sign the proper documentation before i complete a work order.Which is what every person doing a work order should do.

'''My Accomplishments'''
----
I was able to get my network 5.0 Certification and image a lot of laptops learn more about the system. Helped tear down the back room and do a bunch of odd jobs that nobody else was doing like install a computer in Nuzums room and etc. I also completed the work orders i was giving such as screen replacement/transfer to phones and computers. Figure out why computers are unable to connect to the Internet or not even post.

'''What i Learned'''
----

In general how to fallow orders and take initiative to get my work orders done. i also learned necessary communication skills that i need for real life. I learned to be good employee and a better person

'''Improvements for next year'''
----

I will handle my documentation a lot better and handle situations better and try harder to improve myself as an employee so i can handle work orders a lot more efficiently so next year i can have more time to goof around until the next work order comes and ill make sure to handle myself in a professional manner.

'''Conclusion'''
----

I hope we can improve for the future so we can leave a better legacy than the last and a new future for other inspiring technicians who want to learn from us and also learn for them selfs and improve their own skills.

'''''Why i am here'''''
I am here at 24pintech to learn as much as i can before going into the real world. I also want to place in skills and get a award.I also want as many certs as possible so i can improve my place in the job force.
