This year I have learned a lot about information technologies. I have earned my PC Pro cert and currently working on my Linux Pro Cert. Through 24 pin tech I have learned how to communicate with customers and handle customer concerns. I understand what it is like to be in an I.T. repair business. I have down repairs of phones and computers. I have replaced screens, charging ports and battery's for phones, and I have troubleshooted multiple computers and laptops. I also learned how to image a computer and add it to the domain.
