I took this class because I wanted to expand my skills dealing with computers. I wanted to get some experience so I could learn how to write tickets, for example. I could troubleshoot things for other people. Learn how to talk to people who have tech problems and well, get some certs. It would mean the world to me to land a job fresh out of highschool doing what I love. Dealing with tech.
