Procedure

All trainings are to follow this basic procedure:

1) Training Request Form

All trainings must be submitted through this form. This form will not be checked daily, so you must also inform a manager or Mr. Chamberlain about having submitted the form. The form can be found linked here.

4) Optional Quiz

The person that is performing the training may choose to write up a quiz , for which guidelines may be found here. Quizzes may be used for the more important trainings that have valuable information which you cannot mess up.

Procedure

This is the basic procedure that all trainings are to follow, with details about each step coming

  1. Training Request form
    • This form must be filled out prior to performing a training, detailing everything about the training.
  2. Approval from a manager
    • You MUST get a approval from a manager or Mr. Chamberlain before conducting a training, and it will be based near solely off of the form you filled out in step 1.
  3. Training Notes Write-Up
  4. Quiz (Optional)
  5. Feedback Submissions
  6. Feedback Review
