Procedure
All trainings are to follow this basic procedure:
1) Training Request Form
All trainings must be submitted through this form. This form will not be checked daily, so you must also inform a manager or Mr. Chamberlain about having submitted the form. All responses are logged in a spreadsheet.
2) Approval from a manager
All trainings must be approved by a manager or Mr. Chamberlain. All trainings must also be demonstrated to a manager or Chamberlain prior to the actual training take place to ensure that they go well.
