End of Year Summary

I completed 9 total work orders this year. I created the temporary surface FOG server, and I updated the old FOG server and updated it to now work with surfaces. I have documented all of the work I have done on that project, wrote some job descriptions, and have written the ITop documentation. I worked a lot with imaging and diagnosing various laptops. I participated in the skills ITS competition, and placed second overall. I have also earned five certifications: security pro, network pro, pc pro, server pro 2016: install and storage, and linux pro. At the time of writing I am working on earning switching and routing pro. I feel that I have contributed well to the company, but I feel like I could probably do more if I focused and didn't goof around as much. Hopefully next year I will accomplish even more.
